Can you use a cream-type concealer when using bare minerals as your foundation?

I am thinking of getting bare minerals but I was wondering how to incorporate using concealer with it. I can’t go without concealer because I have dark circles…I know the application technique involves swirling the kabuki brush all over the face, but won’t the powder make my concealer look cakey around my eyes?

My overall opinion of this blush is I don’t regret buying it, and it works, but it’s a bit messy and the packaging isn’t the most portable. Also, beware the demon brush! (Unless you’re going for the Marionette look or a theatrical performance) Try using your own brush and dip it into the BOTTOM of the brush holder. (Shown in video at 4:20 to be exact if you’re in a hurry) However, some may find that if you use the brush and tap off the excess back into the pot, it will apply a liberal amount. Don’t forget to wash the brush every week or so, as it’s easy to forget to do so.
